All of our products sold are non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns and refunds because all our products are strictly temperature controlled and stored and shipped frozen for food safety and quality purposes.  We will however replace any damaged products. Damaged products would need to be photographed and sent to us at info@wholecreations.co.uk.

Please note we cannot issue refunds for thawed goods due to missed deliveries.
